Fall For Scituate

The emphasis is on community when North Scituate Village hosts Fall for Scituate: A Hometown Celebration, in October. The annual ChowderFest, starring the traditional New England's favorite, created by the area's top restaurants and caterers, is a major highlight of the event, which also features entertainment, an invitational artisan show, special merchant activities and lots of community involvement. Harvest Hat and Apple Pie Baking contests were introduced in 2004.

Currently, construction in North Scituate related to the restoration of the Greenbush railroad line has eliminated some of the festival sites; please check back for continuing updates on revised plans.
