This is the fifth lecture in the Scituate Education Foundation-funded "Coffee Talks" series for the non-traditional worker (those working outside of the office, in the gig economy, or as entrepreneurs). Guest Speakers Adam Zand and Greg Peverill-Conti of Sharp Orange and the Library Land Project will discuss how libraries helped them succeed in starting their own business by offering a welcoming and open place to do their work. Adam and Greg encourage library users to go out and explore beyond their local communities and see the variety of opportunities available at individual libraries. They will also share tips on staying productive while working in public environments.
