      2) Cardio — to increase calorie and fat burn and hearth health

      3) Nutrition – we help clients customize meal plans specific to their goals

      4) Accountability — weekly weigh-ins and monthly body-fat assessments

      It’s the SUM of ALL 4 Components. If you take one out it doesn’t work!
